We had the distinct honor of serving up our espresso to the masses at this year's 8th annual Spoonful of Ginger. "A food tasting and educational program to benefit Joslin Diabetes Center's Asian American Diabetes Initiative." Located in the beautiful 'Art of the Americas' wing at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Owners Alvin Tsang and James Outhay, along with head chef Ian and barista Alex Pawling packed up the cafe-mobile, and headed inbound with one espresso machine, one espresso grinder, 10 pounds of espresso and a whole lot of dapper. Did we take some photos? Yes! We did. Well, as many as we could between customers.
